I offer returns and exchanges on a case by case basis for apparel. Processing for returns and exchanges is usually about 2 weeks, and I will provide you with a return shipping label for mailing. Other products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless an issue has occurred in transit.

In the event that your package gets lost or damaged in transit I will resend your package if you can provide proof of the destroyed or undelivered package. Please reach out to me by email or on Instagram to begin this process.

I charge customers 70% of the shipping cost for their purchases in order to stop the prices of my products accessible. Pricing for shipping varies based on your location, and this strategy helps me make sure no one gets overcharged for their purchases due to shipping costs.
